Only new bookings sailing in 2021 or 2022 made from May 18, 2020 to March 31, 2021 qualify for this promotion.
If I sell six staterooms or suites am I allowed two trips?
No, you may only redeem a free cruise once during this promotion.
Do all of my bookings qualify?
Unfortunately, if reservations are booked under an interline rate, agent rate, or GSA net rates they do not qualify toward your three bookings. Bookings must be made on voyages in 2021 or 2022.
Would this apply to a group booking?
If you book three staterooms or suites in a group, these reservations can qualify for your three bookings to earn your free cruise. The earned sailing, however, does not count as a group booking towards the TC threshold if taken adjacent to a group.
Does the tour conductor stateroom or suite qualify as a booking?
Any tour conductor earned on a group will not qualify as one of your three bookings.
If booked in April 2020 and the guest made final payment after May 18, 2020, does this count as a booking?
Unfortunately no, only new reservations made between May 18, 2020 and March 31, 2021 qualify towards your free cruise.
Can I take my cruise before my bookings are paid in full?
All of your bookings must be paid in full and in active booking state within 89 days of their sailing date to qualify towards your free cruise. Your cruise will be confirmed within 60 days prior to sailing.
Are there any restriction regarding the free cruise I select?
If all three of your qualifying bookings are in 2021, any 8-Day itinerary that Windstar offers through March 31, 2022 can be selected with the exception of Holiday, Specialty Sailings and Themed cruises. If your three qualifying bookings contain 2022 sailings, you may take your free cruise through December 31, 2022.
Can I transfer my free cruise to another traveler?
Only booking advisor and a guest may redeem the free cruise.
Are there any other restrictions that I should be aware of?
Only U.S. and Canadian agencies qualify for this promotion.
