We’re thrilled to announce that the new and improved bookWindstarOnline is up and running! We will continue to roll out new features, so please be on the lookout for these updates.

New Features and Benefits Available Now:
  • Generate Secure Payment Links Make it easier for your clients to pay online for cruise bookings and shore excursions.
  • Shore Excursion payments are not due until final payment, except for Beyond Ordinary shore excursions.
  • Enhanced Voyage Search Find the perfect voyage for your clients with new sorting and filtering capabilities.
  • Improved Account Management Easily reset your password and use your email as your username.
  • Multi-currency Support Access more accepted currencies, based on location: CAD, EUR, AUD, or GBP.

Support & Training

The Contact Center Agents will be specially trained on bookWindstarOnline in order to assist you with any questions or concerns and staffed with additional resources to answer your phone calls.

We will provide comprehensive webinars and training sessions every Tuesday and Thursdays at 4pm EST to help familiarize you with the new features and functionalities, including how to change your password and how to make a booking and payment.

When will I receive my new login information for the bookWindstarOnline portal?
If you were previously registered as an Agent with Windstar Cruises and you have your email address set to an active account, please follow the Log-on instructions in the training material

If you have not yet registered your email address with us, please fill in the Smartsheet link and we will create an account for you.

What steps should I take if I am unable to login to my bookWindstarOnline account?
If you have a bookWindstarOnline account and are unable to login to your new account, please fill in the help form using this Smartsheet link.

How do I reset my password on my bookWindstarOnline account?
If you are having trouble resetting your password, please follow the directions in the training materials

How do I make payments for client bookings?
To make a payment, please review the Payment training.

How can I view my client’s bookings in my bookWindstarOnline account?
Logging on to your New bookWindstarOnline account will populate your clients’ bookings.

What do I do if I do see pricing discrepancies in my client’s bookings on my bookWindstarOnline account?
For any pricing discrepancies, you should contact the Vacation Planning team to review the discrepancies and make the necessary adjustments at Info@windstarcruises.com or 1-844-884-4649.

Do I need to worry about my booking cancelling if I am having issues making a payment?
If you are unable to pay online, you should contact the Reservations Team for further assistance at 1-844-884-4649.

What if discounts or promotions were removed from my client's booking during the migration process? Should I wait to make final payment until this is resolved? For any items missing from your client’s bookings, contact the Vacation Planning team so they can review any discrepancies and make the necessary adjustments at 1-844-884-4649.

How do I send my clients their documents through bookWindstarOnline? Please refer to the training materials

My client’s documents have errors. What do I do to get things fixed? For any errors on you client’s documents, you should contact the Reservation Team so they can look over any discrepancies and make the necessary adjustments. 1-844-884-4649.

On the new documents, where can I find the address of my embarkation pier for my clients? Documents formatting will remain the same and can be accessed using MyWindstar

Can I book Shore Excursions for my clients through the bookWindstarOnline portal? Yes, shore excursions are available by selecting the Shore Excursion tab and selecting the excursions your clients would like to choose. Shore Excursion payments must be made by final payment for the booking.

Can I book Transfers, Hotels or Pre/Post Cruise Land Programs for my clients through the bookWindstarOnline portal? Yes, add on items are available by selecting the appropriate tab and simply selecting the add-on your clients would like to choose. Airport Transfers must be accompanied by the client’s flight details otherwise they will not stay in the shopping cart once you exit the booking.

What should I do if my client’s Yacht Club Member loyalty points are not accurate or do not match? Please fill out the submissions form and Guest Relations will review and be in contact shortly.
