Windstar Cruises confirms that, due to the temporary closure of St. Maarten and Bridgetown airports, guest turnaround operations for Wind Surf and Wind Spirit are being impacted. We have secured a berth to delay departure, allowing flexibility for guests experiencing flight delays.
Both Wind Surf and Wind Spirit will now sail on January 5th at 23:59. Itineraries will resume as scheduled effective Jan 6.

Embarking and disembarking guests impacted through delayed or canceled flights should contact their airlines directly for the most up-to-date information on flight status, rebooking, and accommodations.

For questions regarding travel insurance coverage, guests should contact Aon directly at 1-855-334-3969 and reference Windstar Plan Code WSRO1. For emergencies, call Aon’s assistance line directly at 1-877-303-5909.
