Did Windstar change its voyage inclusions or pricing structure?
No. We simply made a change in the way we present pricing to the customer. Nothing has changed for you or how you book our cruises. You will simply add the All-In Package to your clients' reservation to create All-Inclusive Pricing.
By showing your clients their options early in their decision making, it’s easier for you to recommend the convenience and carefree advantage of All-Inclusive Pricing. Plus, we do the math, so now it's really easy to compare the value of their vacation options right from the start.
What is included in All-Inclusive Pricing?
All-Inclusive Pricing includes unlimited alcoholic beverages, basic Wi-Fi, and all gratuities.
Beverages include unlimited house and select brands of domestic and imported beer, 33 varieties of wine and sparkling wine by the glass, spirits, cordials, aperitifs and mini bar items. And as always, bottled water, sodas, specialty coffees, mocktails, and juices are included on Windstar Cruises. Additionally, your clients will save 30 percent on all bottles of wine with a retail value up to $100. Wi-Fi is included for the length of the voyage, and pre-paid gratuities include all service charges for accommodations and beverages.
Gratuities include the hotel service charge of $16 per day and an 18% beverage charge applied to alcoholic beverage purchases. Beginning October 5, 2022 these rate increased slightly for sailings embarking on or after January 1, 2023.
If my client decides to book Cruise Only, does it change the rate structure on the booking?
No. All-Inclusive Pricing is not a rate structure. We are simply adding the popular All-In Package to your client's reservation as an add-on. At Windstar Cruises, your client’s deposit is always fully refundable prior to the final payment date of their voyage, and they will always be able to choose their stateroom or suite, provided, of course, they are not booking a Guarantee.
How much will All-Inclusive Pricing save my clients?
From only $89 per guest, per day, your clients can save more than $31 per guest, per day compared to purchasing individual amenities and enjoy the convenience of pre-paying most onboard expenses. That's more than $220 per guest on a 7-day voyage!
Plus, the beverage and Wi-Fi components are commissionable to you at 10 percent.
What if my client has already booked All-Inclusive; will their price be protected?
Yes. The price of $89 per guest, per day affects only 2023 voyages booked on or after October 5, 2022.
Does each guest on the reservation have to choose All-Inclusive Pricing?
No. All-Inclusive Pricing is an individual choice for those guests who select it; so, each guest can make his or her own decision. So no one is forced into paying for services they may not utilize.
My clients only drink beer and wine; can they have a less expensive beverage package instead?
Substitutions are not available. All-Inclusive Pricing features the Captain’s Exclusive Beverage Package, which includes unlimited beer, wine by the glass, spirits, cordials, aperitifs and mini bar items.
Your clients are welcome to book Cruise Only and then purchase the Topmast Discoveries beverage package on board the ship, which offers unlimited domestic and imported beer and 33 varieties of wine and sparkling wine by the glass. However, they will also then need to purchase a Wi-Fi package if they choose and pay for their gratuities separately, too. All-Inclusive Pricing is still the best value, but the choice is theirs.
When does my client need to decide to travel All-Inclusive?
Anytime, however, there is an advantage to doing so before sailing. The price of the All-In Package is only $89 per guest, per day when added to the booking at least seven days prior to sailing. Once on board the price of the package increases to $99 per guest, per day and is no longer commissionable to you.
The Package can be added to the booking any time to create All-Inclusive Pricing, and the amount of your client’s final payment will increase accordingly. After the booking is paid in full, the Package can be added and the additional cost will be collected at that time, up until seven days prior to sailing.
Is there a promo code for All-Inclusive Pricing that appears on the booking confirmation?
Yes. The promo code is ALL-IN PACKAGE2 and will appear on both the guest and advisor copies of the booking confirmation.
What about Groups?
Staterooms and suites booked as a group are handled exactly the same way as individual reservations. Each guest can make his or her own decision about how they would like to travel. Consider building in the cost of the All-In Package into your group pricing to create an All-Inclusive experience.
How do I apply the All-In Package the reservation?

Is the All-In Package commissionable?
Yes, the beverage package and WiFi package portions of the package are commissionable at 10 percent.
Is the All-In Package refundable?
Yes. If your client changes his or her mind about sailing All-Inclusive, the All-In Package can be removed from the booking anytime prior to sailing to create Cruise Only pricing without penalties or cancelled for a full refund.
If my client has to cancel the voyage, is the All-In Package refundable?
Yes, the price of the All-In Package is fully refundable and it is not included in the amount of any cancellation penalties.
Does the price of sailing All-Inclusive affect the amount of the deposit or the cost of Full Sail travel protection?
No, the deposit amount and travel protection premium are based on the voyage fare and other package components, but not the All-In Package.
